  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.

  • The goods must be in undamaged, unused and resalable condition, with any original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

  • This policy applies to goods sold by Snooker 247 as the retailer. It does not cover items purchased from third-party sellers unless expressly stated.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email our returns team at returns@snooker247.com (or the email address you specify) with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • We will respond with instructions including the correct return address and any return authorisation number.

  • Please ensure the goods are sent back within the 14-day window.

4. Who Bears the Return Shipping Cost

  • Unless otherwise agreed, you (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping cost to return the item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned goods.

5. Condition After Return & Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the undamaged/unused/resalable condition, we will process the refund.

  • We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless specifically agreed otherwise).

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are clearly marked as final sale, clearance, custom-made, or personalised cannot be returned under this policy unless faulty or not as described.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law — this could include repair, replacement or refund.

  • In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 30 days) with photographs and details.

8. How to Package Your Return

  • Please return items in sufficient protective packaging so they arrive in the condition they were sent.

  • You are responsible for the item until we receive it. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping, you may be responsible for the loss.
